This is a Trustfire multifunctional 18650 battery charger; the TR-001. It should be used with lithium batteries and has a switch on the side so that you can change it so that it will charge 3.0 rechargeable batteries in it as well. It is essential to have a battery charger to work with your e-cigarette. It will need to be powered with a battery and most will come with a rechargeable one.
